Rachel received her Masters of Social Work from Columbia University with a specific focus in gender-based violence. Since then, she spent time working at SAG-AFTRA, helping union members report SVSH on set, and at Legal Momentum, a NYC-based women's legal defense fund. While she has worked through many different lenses of gender-based violence, including intimate partner violence, employment discrimination, & Title IX regulations, Rachel loves to help young people learn the skills to develop healthy relationships and identify when abusive behaviors are taking place. Before living in New York City for several years, Rachel was born and raised in central Ohio. When not on-campus, Rachel loves watching horror movies with her cat, Charlie.
