UCLA Campus Assault Resources & Education

Provide confidential support for the UCLA community including students, staff, faculty, alumni, and more. CARE advocates can assist with resources, navigating reporting options, and assisting with campus accommodations.

UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

Provides students with crisis counseling, individual counseling, group counseling, psychiatric evaluation and treatment, emergency intervention, trainings to the UCLA community, psychoeducational groups and workshops.

The Office of Ombuds Services

The Office of Ombuds Services is a place where members of the UCLA community–students, faculty, staff and administrators–can go for assistance in resolving conflicts, disputes or complaints on an informal basis. In order to afford visitors the greatest freedom in using its services, the Office is independent, neutral and confidential.

UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center

The Rape Treatment Center provides comprehensive treatment for sexual assault victims and their families, including 24-hour emergency medical care, forensic examinations and crisis counseling. Our medical clinic is dedicated exclusively to sexual assault victim care 24 hours a day. It is located within the hospital, in a private, safe, therapeutic setting. The medical clinic is staffed by highly trained professionals with specialized expertise in the medical, forensic and psychological aspects of victim care.

Peace Over Violence

Peace Over Violence is a nonprofit 501c3, multicultural, community-based and volunteer-centered organization dedicated to building healthy relationships, families and communities free from sexual, domestic and interpersonal violence. To achieve this mission our agency manages five departments delivering the services of Emergency, Intervention, Prevention, Education and Advocacy.

Center for the Pacific Asian Family (CPAF)

CPAF is a non-profit organization recognized nationally for its pioneering work in domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse services within the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Islander (API) community. We created the first multi-lingual 24-hour helpline assisting API survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in the nation.

Los Angeles LGBT Center

Since 1969 the Los Angeles LGBT Center has cared for, championed, and celebrated LGBT individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond.
Today the centers' nearly 800 employees provide services for more LGBT people than any other organization in the world, offering programs, services, and global advocacy that span four broad categories: Health, Social Services and Housing, Culture and Education, Leadership and Advocacy. Despite our size, scope, and determination to meet the growing demand for our services, we remain a lean, fiscally disciplined organization, earning a four-star Charity Navigator rating for eleven consecutive years. We are an unstoppable force in the fight against bigotry and the struggle to build a better world, a world in which LGBT people can be healthy, equal, and complete members of society.

East Los Angeles Women's Center

Founded in 1976 by women leaders in the East Los Angeles community, ELAWC serves as a leading voice for thousands of survivors of domestic and sexual violence. From our humble beginnings as the first in the nation bilingual hotline for Spanish–speaking survivors of sexual assault, today ELAWC provides an array of innovative and integrated culturally responsive services that build on a foundation of trauma informed, evidence-based services. Working in collaboration with individuals, groups, communities and our partners, we strive to foster the implementation of policies and practices that support social justice and human rights.
